Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy for BirthSpace Course
We understand that sometimes plans change, and we’re here to help if you need to reschedule or cancel your BirthSpace course or event. Please notify us as soon as possible so we can work together on the best solution
Rescheduling Your BirthSpace Course/Event
If you need to reschedule your course, an administration fee of $20 will apply. If we're unable to find a suitable alternative date, our cancellation policy will apply.
In cases where there are extenuating circumstances, the rescheduling fee may be waived at the discretion of your BirthSpace educator.
Please ensure you carefully consider your booking date to avoid additional fees, but know we’re here to support you if things change unexpectedly
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We ask for your understanding that cancellations can impact our ability to serve other families
28 days or more before your BirthSpace course/event: you’ll receive a full refund, minus a $55 administration fee.
14–28 days before your BirthSpace course/event: a refund, minus the $55 administration fee, will only be offered if your booking is replaced with another participant.
1–13 days before your BirthSpace course/event: refunds will only be considered for medical reasons. If you’re unable to attend for health reasons a medical certificate will be required. If we can’t offer an alternative course before your due date, a partial refund may be possible.
We will always do our best to accommodate you, including offering alternative options such as another educator or a Zoom course, if available.
