Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy for BirthSpace Courses

We understand that sometimes plans change, please notify us as soon as possible so we can work together on the best solution.

Rescheduling Your BirthSpace Course/Event

If you need to reschedule your course, an administration fee of $20 will apply. If we're unable to find a suitable alternative date, our cancellation policy will apply.

Please ensure you carefully consider your booking date to avoid additional fees.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We ask for your understanding that cancellations can impact our ability to offer our support to the community:

• 28 days or more before your BirthSpace course/event
  You’ll receive a full refund, minus a $55 administration fee.

• 14–28 days before your BirthSpace course/event
  A 50 % refund will be provided. If we can find someone to replace your booking, you will receive a full refund minus $55 admin fee.

• 1–13 days before your BirthSpace course/event
  Refunds will only be considered for medical reasons. If you’re unable to attend for health reasons a medical certificate will be required. If we can’t offer an alternative course before your due date, a partial refund may be possible.

Special Circumstances 

We will always do our best to accommodate you, including offering alternative options such as another educator or a recorded course, if available. If you need to cancel or change an appointment and believe your circumstances warrant special consideration or an exception to our policy, please reach out to us at contact@birthspace.com.au to discuss.
